What you agree to when you buy pixels.

1. 1Each pixel costs $1. Payment processing fees are added at checkout. All sales are final, pixels are digital goods and cannot be refunded.
2. 2Buying a pixel gives you the right to paint it once. Your design is locked at purchase and becomes a permanent part of the artwork. Pixels cannot be transferred or resold.
3. 3When 100% of the canvas is claimed, the finished artwork is sold at auction to a single collector. The auction happens only once the canvas is complete.
4. 4Auction proceeds are distributed to pixel owners pro-rata, own 1% of the pixels, receive 1% of the proceeds. The platform may deduct reasonable costs (auction, legal, payment processing) before distribution.
5. 5We only remove content that is illegal. If your content is removed for illegality, the pixels stay yours and keep their share, but the design is cleared and no refund is given.
6. 6A pixel purchase is a contribution to a collaborative artwork with a conditional revenue share. It is not an investment product, a security, or a financial instrument, no profit is guaranteed.
